The concert is part a North American tour that includes performances at the John F. Antonacci is widely known as the Carmen of our time and is often compared to the legendary Maria Callas. Her appearance at Stella Boyle Smith Concert Hall is sponsored by the John Harrison Opera Foundation. The Foundation was established by friends and family of the late Harrison, a Professor Emeritus of Libraries and an opera lover. Anna Caterina Antonacci is presented by the John Harrison Opera Foundation. The John Harrison Opera Foundation is a nonprofit foundation named for the late John Harrison, a resolute Opera fan and former director of Mullins Library at the University of Arkansas.
