Chocolate is not only delicious, decadent and mildly nutritious, but it seems to have a magical way of curing what ails you. Studies have shown that chocolate increases serotonin levels in the brain, creating a sense of well-being, as well as increasing antioxidant levels in the blood to fight free radicals. In a funk?
